  • 1. Refund Policy Overview

    Thank you for choosing to participate in the Alchemy Workshop offered by Exdera. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before registering for the workshop. By registering for the Alchemy Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following refund policy.

  • 2. No Refund Policy
    • a. Exdera operates on a strict no-refund policy for the Alchemy Workshop registration fees.
    • b. Once the payment for the workshop has been made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 3. Change of Date/Slot Requests
    • a. Exdera understands that participants may face unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts that may prevent attendance on the initially selected date or slot.
    • b. Requests for a change of date/slot will be considered at the sole discretion of Exdera. Exdera reserves the right to approve or deny such requests based on availability and other relevant factors.
    • c. Participants must submit a change of date/slot request by contacting Exdera through the designated communication channels, clearly stating the reason for the request.
  • 4. Procedure for Change of Date/Slot Requests
    • a. Change of date/slot requests must be submitted at least seven days before the scheduled workshop date.
    • b. Participants will be notified of the decision regarding their change of date/slot request within 2 days of the request submission.
    • c. If the change of date/slot request is approved, participants will be provided with alternative dates/slots based on availability.
  • 5. Exceptional Circumstances
    • a. In exceptional circumstances, such as workshop cancellation by Exdera, participants may be offered the option to reschedule or provided with a credit for future workshops.
    • b. Exdera reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in cases of force majeure or other unforeseen events.
