1. Introduction

Welcome to the Alchemy Workshop offered by Exdera. By registering for and participating in our workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the registration.

2. Registration

• a. To participate in the Alchemy Workshop, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• b. Exdera reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

3. Workshop Participation

• a. Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule, guidelines, and instructions provided by Exdera during the workshop.
• b. Exdera reserves the right to modify the workshop schedule or content as deemed necessary, and participants will be notified of any such changes.

4. No Recording Policy

• a. Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, or reproduce any part of the workshop content without prior written consent from Exdera.

5. Code of Conduct

• a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the workshop.
• b. Exdera reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop for inappropriate behaviour, as determined at the sole discretion of Exdera.

6. Liability

• a. Participants acknowledge that participation in the Alchemy Workshop involves certain risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during the workshop.
• b. Exdera is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop.

7. Change of Date/Slot Requests

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
