Business Development Executive

We are looking for a B2B Sales representative with expertise in UX/Design and Technology at Exdera. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise/corporate customers with Exdera's UX/Design and Technology solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as UX designers and product managers, to ensure successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in enterprise/corporate sales, with a focus on UX/Design and Technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UX/Design solutions and their business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
