Job description

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve working on various projects with different clients, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.

What you will do?

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Strong Understanding on Dart and State Management using Riverpod or BLOC
  • Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and understand project requirements.
  • Implement user interfaces and features based on design specifications.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues.
  • Implement offline sync capabilities for enterprise applications.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

What we are looking for?

  • 3 years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
  • Strong background in native Android and iOS development is a great advantage.
  • Working knowledge in flutter web and desktop is a great advantage.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise applications with offline sync capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
