Technology Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology leader to join our team. As a technology lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing technology projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a background in a service-based company and possess in-depth knowledge of Node.js, PHP, and DevOps, including networking, server architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS and Digital Ocean.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, and according to client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
• Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using Node.js and PHP, leveraging industry best practices and modern technologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and automation, to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a service-based company, with a focus on software development and project management.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and PHP, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including networking, server architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.
